Editing (including references)
R0.40-R0.50 depending on the deadline, word count and whether the required editing is light/medium/heavy.
How do we estimate the fee for the work?
Please email a sample of your work to y.s.editors@gmail.com, request a quote based on the estimated final word-count of the document, and we will prepare a provisional quote with the estimated fee. When we receive the final document we will revise the quote and send it to you for acceptance before beginning the work.
Texts accepted for English language editing, proofreading and critical reading include:
- Academic texts (Honours dissertations/Masters or PhD theses/journal articles/reviews/abstracts)
- Exhibition catalogues
- Non-fiction (memoirs, self-published books, online copy)
- Administrative texts (annual reports, minutes and agendas)
